The ongoing developments of our products are made available following breakthroughs
in the world of bio-chemicals. Our original treatment, IE2000, while still manufactured for our aviation division,
has been advanced by our new supply associate, Ferro Surface Technology (comprehensive technical
details available through our PowerPoint presentation IE Series).
Our current preparation materials include:
PROGUARDplus® Cutting Compounds Three grades - Fine, Medium, High.
These products are used when our preparation process is necessary. Depending upon the condition, one of these
compounds will polish the surface while taking out scratching and scuffing.
PROGUARDplus® Zero Swirl Two grades – Medium Fine, Super Fine.
Any preparation where orbital polishers are used can result in micro fine swirling. One of these products is used
to eliminate this effect while providing the perfect surface on which to apply one of our range of durable polymers.
PROGUARDplus® Polymers
Our current range of protective coatings (polymers) are specifically designed to treat boats with differing
construction (painted or gel-coat), color and condition. These include:

Proguard PG – 3000. Applied to older boats of a gel-coat construction where the hull has a very porous surface.
Proguard PG – 3500. Our annual service treatment, applied every twelve months as a perfect ‘top up’ to our main contract polymer.
PG – 3800 Polymer: Equally effective on gel-coats and paints,
PG 3800 is applied to new boats or boats in good condition with
white or light color finish. Developed for new white and light colored paints. This polymer optimizes gloss and emphasizes durable UV protection.
PG-3850 Polymer: Designed for new dark paints, PG-3850 adds greater “depth of color” than PG-3800. This polymer also utilizes a different UV protection system that is compatible with dark colors.
PG – 3900: High Traffic Area Repair Polymer: A “keep it on the boat” product. Developed as the perfect answer where boats have required repairs or when boats have undergone levels of high traffic. Customer applied with cloths to maintain both protection and our brilliant gloss finish. Applied by crew members when a boat has
experienced a period of high traffic or has undergone a small repair.
